Support my walk to help people living with MND
I am taking part in Walk to Defeat MND to support people facing motor neurone disease.
Right now, there are over 500 people in NSW living with MND, with many requiring high levels of support and assistance.
My goal is to raise funds to help MND NSW provide the best possible support for people living with MND and their families – including assistive equipment, support groups, education about MND and more.

My mum had MND. My sister & I looked after her 24/7 for about 6 mths. She had one of the worst cases, which I considered was a blessing because she didn't suffer as long as some others have to. MND is one of the cruelist diseases to experience. Stay strong, positive & use humour to get you through.
